VERNIUM LEVEL 4410

Dyeing Auxiliaries
Improves the quality and reproducibility of virtually every textile wet process

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Highly efficient dispersant for insoluble and sparingly soluble calcium salts, pectins and other impurities such as cotton linters.
  • No de-metalizing effect on dyestuff and improves penetration and distribution of the dye liquor.
  • Eliminates problems due to the re-deposition of calcium silicate and other crystalline impurities on to the yarn or fabric.
  • Inhibits the formation of insoluble derivatives of vat dyestuff
  • Good dispersing properties with reactive and direct dyes.
  • Improves dispersion in reduction clearing baths.
  • Bio eliminable and phosphate free.
  • Low viscosity liquid

BENEFITS

  • Prevents the build-up of these materials on machine surfaces or the fiber being processed. Precipitation of hardness salts is prevented and liquor stability is vastly improved by the excellent protective colloid function of the product.
  • Improved leveling and reproducibility
  • Handle is improved and subsequent winding or sewing properties are greatly enhanced.
  • improved dyeability, higher color yield and enhanced fastness to rubbing.
  • Improved leveling, when dyeing cellulosic fibers.
  • Prevents re-deposition of degraded dyestuff.
  • Not toxic or harmful to aquatic organisms.
  • Easy to handle and soluble in water in all proportions

APPLICATIONS

Owing to the wide variety of applications of VERNIUM LEVEL 4410 protective colloid, it is impossible to give specific recommendations, however, the amount of VERNIUM LEVEL 4410 protective colloid required will usually fall within the range given below: 0.5-2  VERNIUM LEVEL 4410.

The following are offered as a guide to the use of VERNIUM LEVEL 4410 protective colloid for individual

VERNIUM LEVEL 4410 protective colloid will effectively sequester the alkaline earth metal salts present In hard water without removing the metal ions present in some dyes. The concentration required will depend upon the hardness of the water and will typically fail within the range:

0.5-2 g/I VERNIUM LEVEL 4410.
