Highly Efficient Soap 1220 is a complexes of highly efficient soaping ingredients. Excellent in detergents and washing. It's specially use in soaping aller reactive dyes, can has an excellent ability to remove floating, and significantly improve the dye fastness. And has chelating to calcium in hard water, magnesium and other metal ions.

It has excellent ability to perform in hardness water and it will be suitable in both acidic &. alkali medium. Customer feedback has in acidic medium save neutralising bath and remove all until( hydrolysis dyes in the bath as well as in the fabric.
Save the cost of production, shorten post-treatment process of dyeing, save time and energy.

Application

Suitable for cotton fabric, bulk fibre, soaping after reactive dyeing or printing. Dosage: 0.5-1.5 % (Light medium and dark shades)

Drain the Dye bath, cleaning with warm wash or cold over flow for 10 to 20 Then drain the bath.
Dose neutralizing agent to take bath up to 5.0 to 5.5 pH hold 15 mins.
Dose Soaping agent as per the shade and raise temperature to 90°C- 95°C, Hold around 20 to 30 minutes. Then drain the bath.
Hot wash around 80°C to 85°C.
Cold wash — Unload.

PACKING

Packed in 50 kgs Rocket type carboys.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

Sealed in an original container al the temperature under 25°C storage life 12 months.
