VERNIUM FIX 3430 is specially developed free formaldehyde based fixative for reactive & direct dyes. It improves wet fastness properties of the dyed & printed fabric with reactive or direct dyes.

APPLICATION

Treatment with VERNIUM FIX 3430 improves washing fastness, sea-water fastness, perspiration fastness & colour bleeding of dyed & printed goods.

Exhaust Process

It is recommended to use VERNIUM FIX 3430 according to the shade depth. Generally fabric dyed with reactive dyes needs lower dosage as compared with direct dyes.

0,5-1_5% ( o_w.f) VERNIUM FIX 3430 for reactive dyeing

1.0-2.0%(o_w.f) VERNIUM FIX 3430 for direct dyeing

Treat the materials at 30-350C for 20-30 min, followed by hydroextract & drying Pad-dry Process

10-20 gpl : VERNIUM FIX 3430 for reactive dyeing 20-30 gpl : VERNIUM FIX3430 for direct dyeing Pad at room temperature & dry at 100-130oc

VERNIUM FIX 3430 is of low toxic and may cause skin irritation. Prolonged contact of VERNIUM FIX 3430 with skin is not recommended and personnel handling VERNIUM FIX 3430 are recommended to use safety glasses, protective gloves and consult our product specific safety data sheet.

PACKING

This product is supplied in HDPE drums of 50 kgs net weight.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

No special storage facility is required for VERNIUM FIX 3430. However, it is recommended to store the product in covered and well ventilated area.
